Guided by the "bee shepherds," we have reconnected with this environment, of which we have long been a partner, with our recycled barrels. Installed near our partner vineyards and distilleries, our sedentary hives have reconnected with the slow rhythm of nature: no transhumance, no excessive consumption. Each honey is the fruit of a season, a place, an exchange between the bee and its land.
And when the time came to preserve this excess of richness, one thing became clear: use barrels from our partner rum producers. The same barrels that had matured great rums of tropical origin became the vaults of a rare nectar. From this encounter was born Erlea, a refined, deep, vibrant honey, with an aromatic memory as long as a great spirit.
