Ascend was founded by Alex and Noam, who saw the beauty in what others discarded – ex-wine barrels from top châteaux. They gave them a second life, repurposing each one for new-generation distilleries seeking depth, history, and soul.
Seeing the magic these barrels could bring, they went further – aging their favorite local product, honey, in the same oak. The result: something rare, rooted, and full of flavor.
