Mediterranean Whisky Aged in NEOC Barrels, Cyprus

Elysia emerges from the sun-kissed landscapes of Cyprus, where ancient traditions and modern sensibilities converge. This whisky is a reflection of the island’s vibrant character – its aromatic citrus groves, sea-kissed breezes, and a heritage rich in stories passed down through generations.

Aged in NEOC barrels, these sustainable French oak casks carry the essence of time and tradition, transforming the whisky with delicate precision. The marriage of the wood and spirit yields a harmony of subtle flavors, where the whisky’s inherent warmth is beautifully balanced by soft notes of dried fruits and a gentle, lingering spice.

Elysia is an invitation to experience the Mediterranean’s soulful elegance, a whisky that captures the light, the land, and the air of Cyprus — in every glass.

Aged in NEOC® Casks | Barley-Based

A Whisky Forged by the Island’s Legacy Cyprus, the birthplace of Aphrodite, is steeped in myth and history – a land where maritime winds shape the land, where the air carries the scent of resin and citrus groves, and where the mountains meet the sea. The island’s rugged limestone terrain and warm Mediterranean climate give the whisky a distinctive maturation, marked by both intensity and elegance.

Nose: Fresh and resinous, with pine sap and eucalyptus drifting through like the scent of an ancient Cypriot forest after rain. A whisper of La Vosgienne candies – in accordance with its French heritage – their herbal depth echoing the mountain herbs that grow wild on the Troodos slopes. Beneath this freshness, a soft trace of farmyard smoke – hints of hay and aged wood, as if stepping into an old stone-walled distillery.

Palate: Silky and layered, with warm ginger spice unfolding alongside dried orange zest and cloves, reminiscent of a pomander ball left to mature in the Mediterranean sun. The sylvan notes retreat slightly, allowing a touch of musk to emerge, rounding out the whisky with a soft, lingering depth.

Finish: Long and balanced, where the warmth of the spice fades into a gentle minerality, as if echoing the salt-tinged breeze of the island’s coastlines.

Elysia is both an homage to Cyprus and a reflection of its resilience – shaped by the elements, steeped in myth, and matured with patience.
